This set is comprised of pairs of dumbbells in five pound increments, from 55 pounds to 100 pounds. Each dumbbell features knurled handles to reduce the chances of slippage, a safety must. The rubber coated heads reduce noise and protect floors from damage when dropped and the hexagon shape allows for convenient storage on two, three-tier storage racks. Our product offerings are selected by us (not pre-packaged programs). We emphasize personal, knowledgeable customer service.
